UNICEF HQ Vision RAM 20161/3/sA Result Assessment tool for UNICEF’s performance management systemUNICEF’s flagship performance management system (VISION/inSight) provides staff with programme and operations performance information, using dashboards, management reports, data cubes and assessment modules. The Result Assessment Module (RAM), rolled out across UNICEF’s global operations, is used by country offices to define and to report on their goals in a centralized manner. Country offices can define the indicators corresponding to their outcome goals, and then set targets for each of these over five consecutive years; they will then use the module to report the progress made against these targets. The data, available for review by UNICEF HQ, is reference against information collected through other systems and can be made publicly available on UNICEF’s Transparency Portal.​
