Govt Botswana HIV-AIDS Monitoring 2016 (Botswana HIV / AIDS Response Information Management System) is a database system on the DevInfo platform that supports coordination and effective resource management.Botswana’s National AIDS Coordinating Agency (NACA) oversees a multi-sectoral response to the HIV and AIDS epidemic in the country. This entails strategically aligning the work of all partners and stakeholders, and effectively mobilizing and tracking resources – even more so in light of global economic challenges. NACA worked with CSF to implement a common database on the DevInfo platform to monitor HIV and AIDS in relation to key human development indicators. The database is adapted to respond to the M&E results matrix of the national monitoring framework, and enables complex data sets to be presented in a standard, focused format. As such, it anchors a national effort to collect, analyze and disseminate information on HIV and AIDS.
