Strengthening Data Systems for SDG Monitoring in Togo
Project Description
Community Systems Foundation in partnership with UNICEF supported the Government of Togo in strengthening its national monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes through the rollout of the Data For All (DFA) suite of tools.
Building on the country’s previous use of DevInfo for development monitoring, Togo has transitioned to the DFA ecosystem — open source date tools designed to manage, visualize, and disseminate data on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The DFA Data Manager provides administrators with a powerful platform to compile and manage large datasets, while complementary tools such as the DFA Dashboard, DFA Visualiser, and a mobile application make data more accessible to decision-makers and the public.
This transition brings greater flexibility, efficiency, and transparency, enabling government partners to better track progress and make evidence-based decisions to advance national development goals.
