Indonesia Nutrition Knowledge Portal and Dashboard

Indonesia
2017

Project Description

CSF in collaboration with UNICEF Indonesia, supported the Government of Indonesia in developing an integrated Nutrition Knowledge Management Portal—a centralized digital repository and dashboard to strengthen national nutrition monitoring and reporting.

Indonesia faces critical challenges in child nutrition, with more than 9 million children stunted and 3 million cases of severe acute malnutrition annually. Contributing factors such as adolescent pregnancy, inadequate maternal nutrition, poor feeding practices, and limited access to sanitation have underscored the need for a unified system to consolidate and analyze nutrition-related data.

The newly developed Nutrition Portal provides a comprehensive platform to manage and disseminate key data and resources related to nutrition programs and outcomes. Equipped with a data-driven dashboard, it allows policymakers, program managers, and stakeholders to visualize trends, track progress on key nutrition indicators, and guide targeted interventions aimed at improving child and maternal nutrition across Indonesia.
