As part of its long-standing collaboration with UNICEF Headquarters, CSF provides global technical support for the DevInfo platform, serving hundreds of databases and thousands of users worldwide.

The DevInfo Help Desk, managed by CSF’s technical team, ensures that national and local DevInfo systems remain functional, secure, and up to date. The team responds to a wide range of user queries — from requests for access to secure data and assistance with mapping and data uploads, to guidance on deploying DevInfo applications on dedicated servers.

Support is provided through email and remote consultations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and continuous system availability. CSF also performs regular bug fixes, software enhancements, and maintenance updates, which are made available to users through DevInfo.org.

Beyond technical support, the Help Desk has served as a global engagement hub, facilitating direct communication with local agencies and encouraging the development of customized web or locally hosted DevInfo databases that meet national data needs.
