UN Volunteers – Global Volunteer Management Cycle Platform

Global
2016

Project Description

CSF partnered with UN Volunteers (UNV) to redevelop and modernize its Volunteer Management Cycle (VMC) platform, used by 38 agencies across 129 countries.

The integrated digital solution streamlines volunteer recruitment, placement, and management processes — reducing administrative workload at headquarters and in the field. To ensure successful adoption, CSF conducted comprehensive user training for both field and HQ staff, enabling them to effectively use the system’s modules and tools.

This initiative supports UNV’s global mission by making volunteer management faster, more transparent, and more efficient, ensuring skilled volunteers can be deployed where they are needed most.
