SDG Monitoring for Egypt’s Children

CSF partnered with UNICEF Egypt to strengthen data systems for monitoring and reporting on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on improving outcomes for children.
Using the Data For All (DFA) toolkit, CSF developed an integrated platform that consolidates multiple datasets into a single, accessible system. Through tools such as the DFA Dashboard, Data Manager, and mobile applications, UNICEF Egypt can now visualize and disseminate SDG-related data across sectors in real time—supporting evidence-based policymaking and strategic planning for children’s development.
The DFA suite for Egypt was customized to align with national reporting frameworks and UNICEF’s Egypt Child Digest, featuring sectoral dashboards, online databases, and mobile apps to ensure wider accessibility and data transparency. This initiative enhances the country’s ability to monitor progress toward achieving the SDGs, ensuring that no child is left behind.
