Advancing Gender Equality Across the UN
Project Description
In partnership with UN Women, CSF developed a suite of digital tools to strengthen the UN System-Wide Action Plan (UN SWAP) and the UN Country Team (UNCT) Gender Scorecard — two cornerstone accountability frameworks for gender equality and women’s empowerment across the UN system.
The UN SWAP provides a unified monitoring framework with 15 performance indicators to assess institutional progress on gender mainstreaming. Through two implementation cycles, CSF supported the design of reporting systems, enabling UN agencies to track, submit, and analyze their annual performance data.
The integration of the UNCT Gender Scorecard further enhances gender-responsive planning, performance management, and resource tracking — promoting accountability and alignment with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
