Community Systems Foundation (CSF) supported the Ministry of Education in developing an Education Management Information System (EMIS) Operational Plan to strengthen data management and data use across the education sector. Implemented in close partnership with the UNESCO Kingston Office and UNESCO Headquarters, the project aimed to guide the phased rollout of OpenEMIS, enable digitisation of education management processes, and support evidence-based planning, monitoring, and evaluation aligned with the national Education Sector Plan.
