Interactive Handbook for WHO’s Universal Health Coverage Partnership

Global
2016

Project Description

As a technical partner for the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Universal Health Coverage Partnership, CSF developed an innovative feature within the website’s WordPress CMS to transform complex reports into interactive, digital publications.

The Interactive Handbook enables WHO administrators to generate online chapters that summarize the extensive Population Consultation Report into easily digestible, multimedia-rich content. Each chapter combines executive summaries, infographics, videos, linked documents, and visual assets, making technical content more accessible to policymakers, researchers, and the general public.

CSF designed and developed the first two online chapters, then provided training and technical documentation to WHO administrators, enabling them to independently create and publish future chapters. The interactive report was later showcased at global meetings and is now available on the official WHO Universal Health Coverage Partnership website, demonstrating a sustainable approach to digital knowledge dissemination.
