Strengthening UNICEF Planning Processes to Better Protect Vulnerable Children
Community Systems Foundation applauds the efforts of United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in the rollout of a new Work Planning Module in the global internal Results Assessment Module (RAM).As the latest result in the long term collaboration between UNICEF and CSF, the Work Planning Module, scheduled for an early 2022 release, aims to further strengthen the planning, monitoring and reporting processes of all UNICEF field offices worldwide.
As the primary source of organizational performance data within UNICEF, RAM facilitates the documentation of programme performance and the reporting of annual progress against UNICEF’s long term vision.
As the vision of the organization evolved and the needs of global, regional and country offices were identified, CSF worked with UNICEF to enhance user interfaces, strengthen data integration for simplified and more comprehensive results reporting and better support access to knowledge resources.
For the past 75 years and counting, UNICEF supports millions of children to survive and thrive. CSF is proud to contribute through the development of RAM, now in its third version, to ensure the organization is positioned to take action on issues of critical importance for children around the world for the next 75 years to come.
